Position Overview: As YONA’s Graphic Design Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects that showcase your design skills while contributing to the overall visual appeal of YONA’s brand. You will collaborate closely with our creative team to bring concepts to life and help shape the visual storytelling of YONA. As a member of the YONA team, you will be expected to complete any and all duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
Create visually compelling graphics for various marketing materials, including social media posts, banners, presentations, and print collateral.
Assist in the design and production of digital assets for our website, email campaigns, and other online platforms.
Brand Consistency:
Ensure all design work aligns with our brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
Collaborate with team members to understand and implement brand messaging through design elements.
Creative Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing and content teams to brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas for visual content.
Participate in design critiques, offer constructive feedback, and iterate on designs based on input from team members.
Skills Development:
Stay updated on industry trends and design software advancements.
Seek opportunities for professional growth and skill enhancement during the internship.
Qualifications:
Loves Jesus and people.
Currently pursuing a degree or career in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Willingness to learn and develop skills.
