Job Title: YONA Podcast and Video Editing Intern

YONA Overview: YONA is a unity, revival, and outreach movement with the primary mission of evangelism. We exist to reach as many young adults as possible through an engaging experience that unites the church and ignites a passion for Christ within this generation.

Position Overview: As YONA’s Podcast and Video Editing Intern, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality and engaging audio and visual content for our audience. You will work closely with our content creation team to edit and enhance podcasts and videos that align with YONA’s brand and messaging. As a member of the YONA team, you will be expected to complete any and all duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

Audio and Video Editing:

Edit and enhance audio content for podcasts, ensuring a seamless and polished final product.
Edit and assemble video footage into compelling and visually appealing videos. Incorporate graphics, animations, and other elements to enhance the overall video quality.

Content Collaboration:

Collaborate with the content team to understand the creative vision and goals for each podcast and video project.
Implement feedback from team members to refine and improve the quality of content.

Quality Control:

Ensure all content meets YONA’s standards for quality, brand consistency, and audience engagement.
Conduct regular checks to identify and rectify any technical issues in the final output.

Multimedia Innovation:

Stay informed about industry trends and tools to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
Explore new editing techniques and software to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of content production.

Qualifications:

Loves Jesus and people.
Pursuing a degree or career in Media Production, Film Editing, Communication, or related field.
Strong proficiency in audio and/or video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut, AutoPod).
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Willingness to learn and develop skills.
